Effective Date: June 13, 2025By submitting a request form, the client agrees that they understand my terms of service and will hold responsibility for ignorance of these terms if these terms are broken. Claiming that details were not known is an invalid excuse. If the client did not read, understand, or agree with the Terms of Service, I will refuse to provide these services.Announcements are made when these terms have been updated. The client is responsible for staying informed of these announcements..
Before submitting a request form, be aware of the processing fees that are taken from the payment. These fees cannot be refunded and are excluded from instances of “full” and “100%” refunds.──⊹ ⊱ ☆ ⊰ ⊹──GENERALI reserve the right to reject a request if considered unable to fulfill the demand. If the client has been difficult, rude, or acting creepily towards me, I have the right to warn other artists about the client’s behavior.My work queue is actively updated on my VGen queue.
I will be responsible for keeping clients informed of their requests through VGen dms or their provided email. I will not continue to the next phase unless I receive a response/confirmation from the client. (NOTE: This does not apply to YCHs. YCHs will receive the character and go through all processes quickly without a client’s confirmation. Only updates are provided.)Clients will provide clear reference images of the characters; writing is insufficient. Multiple images are recommended (including picrew and mood boards). If I feel that all references were insufficient, I will come forth to ask for extra references.WILL DRAW:

Submitting a request form does not guarantee approval; clients are responsible for reading the form thoroughly and providing accurate information and enough details to ensure that what is wanted can be granted.All visual references submitted must be created by the client or another creator with proof of their permission for use in your request form. Visual references created from Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) are not accepted and will result in automatic denial of your request.PAYMENT
Payments must be made upfront in full. I will not consider working on the request until it is paid and confirmed received. Clients can have 48-72 hours to complete the payment after the invoice is sent. I have the right to cancel the request if the client couldn't complete the payment.As per VGen’s Terms of Service , all payments are required to be made on-site. Any attempts to pay with off-site payments will result in denial of your request and immediate report of your VGen account if applicable.REVISIONS
⟡ 3 free minor revisions during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions AFTER the sketch phase will result in 5% of original price.
⟡Unused revisions during the sketch phase carry over to when I send updates during the rendering phase. After usage, revisions during the render phase result at 2% original price.
⟡ If the revisions require for the entirety of the artwork to be redone, then that is not a revision. You will be prompted to pay entirely for a new request.If the character has been redesigned while I am working on the commissions, there will be no changes; if you plan to have your character redesigned, I advise you wait until it is finalized. I do not want to re-do an artwork midway through completion for a character that has undergone significant changes. You will receive the completed work of what was already in progress if a situation such as this arises.DEADLINES & DELIVERYDepending on commission type, I may take up to 7 - 60 days to deliver a client’s commission; position in the queue will affect this estimate. If I have run into personal circumstances that will lengthen the time, I will take responsibility to inform the client of the issue and provide an estimate of when I will complete the client’s request.At the time of drafting these terms & services, I am not available to be rushed or be held to a deadline. I will update these terms when I am capable of handling these.Completed artwork will be delivered in a Google Drive folder and shared via VGen or email if provided.REFUNDS
⟡ When commission is fully completed, client are not allowed to charge back the payment as they would have agreed to wait through until completion.⟡ A full refund can be provided if cancellation occurred before I started on the commission. A full refund may also be provided if I am unable to finish the commission and/or will miss the estimated time of completion because of personal issues.
⟡ Cancellation while I am working on the commission will result in the following:
---Sketch: 75% refund
---Colored: 50% refund
---Rendered/Detailed: No refunds
⟡ Expressing dissatisfaction with the final product is not considered grounds for a refund. If I client files chargebacks without discussion or agreement from me will be considered a scammer and blacklisted.I will wait 3 days before starting a client’s commission UNLESS they confirm to me that they do not intend to consider refunds. The client must confirm they want me to start on the commission immediately in the request form.UsageThe artist may use the completed artwork in the following ways:
⟡ Publish commissioned works to social media/portfolios at lower resolutions&watermarked; exceptions include if the client requested for their request to not be published.
⟡ All public commissions to be used in all forms of promotional purposesThe client may use the completed artwork in the following ways:
⟡ Use the watermarked version when publishing the artwork online for personal usage and/or sending to friends/family
⟡Clients must properly credit me for the commission by sharing/displaying my username or directly link to my VGen.
⟡Use the final artwork for personal usage such as profile pictures, banners, and wallpapers.
If I find that you have used my artwork for merchandise/commercial usage without negotiating agreement, I will reach out to demand payment of the initial fee. If it has not been paid and/or denied, I will go through with legal actions to confront you.Intellectual Property RightsUpon full payment for the commissioned artwork, the client and artist are granted specific rights over usage of the completed commission.The artist retains the rights to:
⟡ Ownership over all private and public artworks that I have created
⟡ Sign/watermark my artwork to ensure that I am credited.
⟡ Credit the given characters owned by the client in my portfolio and/or social media posts if a social media handle was given.The client agrees not to:
⟡Alter the artwork in any way shape or form without prior written consent from the artist.
⟡Trace the commission for any reason; this included using it as a base.
⟡ Clients do not gain ownership rights over the commission and are not permitted to remove watermarks and/or claim the work as their own.
⟡Resell the artwork or use it in a manner that competes with the artist's own work.
⟡ Use within video games such as Roblox that are broadcast to an audience without the artist’s permission.
⟡ Use for monetary gain such as commercial purposes and merchandise
⟡Use in AI generation, NFT purposes, cryptocurrency, or crypto related affairs.If the client wishes to use the artwork for purposes not specified above, a separate agreement must be negotiated, and an additional fee may apply.COMMUNICATION
